SEC-Authorized Recovery Initiative

VaultHope has been contracted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to investigate and process claims from users who suffered financial losses due to cryptocurrency platform liquidations resulting from the 2024 market crash.

The U.S. government has allocated $1.1 billion in federal relief funds to provide compensation to eligible claimants who can demonstrate verified losses through our investigative process.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VaultHope platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and VaultHope LLC.

⚠️ CRITICAL: Submission of false or fraudulent information is a federal crime punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and/or fines up to $250,000 under 18 U.S.C. § 1001.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for claims processing, you must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Provide verifiable proof of cryptocurrency holdings on liquidated platforms
  • Demonstrate losses occurred between January 2024 and December 2024
  • Submit all required documentation within the specified timeframe
  • Pass identity verification and background checks

Note: Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee reimbursement. All claims are subject to SEC investigation and verification protocols.

Investigation Process

VaultHope employs comprehensive investigation procedures including but not limited to:

  • Blockchain transaction analysis and verification
  • Exchange account history examination
  • Cross-referencing with federal databases
  • Third-party forensic accounting reviews
  • Coordination with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Investigation timelines typically range from 30 to 180 days depending on claim complexity.

Reimbursement Terms

NO GUARANTEE: There is no guaranteed reimbursement. Approval is solely at the discretion of the SEC investigation team.

If approved, reimbursement amounts are calculated based on:

  • Verified loss amount at time of platform liquidation
  • Available federal funding allocation
  • Priority tier assignment (determined by loss severity)
  • Tax withholding requirements

Payments are processed via secure federal wire transfer within 45-90 days of claim approval.

Data Privacy & Security

Your information is protected under federal privacy laws including:

  • Privacy Act of 1974
  • Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA)
  • Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA)

All data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored on secure federal servers. Data may be shared with other government agencies as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

VaultHope and the SEC shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays in claim processing due to volume or complexity
  • Denied claims that do not meet verification standards
  • Market volatility affecting cryptocurrency valuations
  • Third-party platform failures or data unavailability
  • Changes to federal funding allocation

CLAIMANTS ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLAIMS PROCESS.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with federal regulations. Class action lawsuits are expressly prohibited.

Appeals of denied claims may be submitted within 30 days of notification, subject to a $250 administrative fee.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Venue for any legal proceedings shall be exclusively in the federal courts of the District of Columbia.

Modifications to Terms

VaultHope reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
