VaultHope and the SEC shall not be held liable for:

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with federal regulations. Class action lawsuits are expressly prohibited.
Appeals of denied claims may be submitted within 30 days of notification, subject to a $250 administrative fee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Venue for any legal proceedings shall be exclusively in the federal courts of the District of Columbia.
VaultHope reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
